Karen Bryk, M.V.O
Ms. Karen Bryk, M.V.O, is a Canadian protocol specialist who currently serves as Deputy Chief of Protoco for the Government of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. As Deputy Chief of Protocol, Ms. Bryk plays a vital role in the scheduling and arrangements for state, official, and private visits to Manitoba of VIPs such as the Royal Family, Governor General, Heads of State (Presidents), Ambassadors & High Commissioners, Consuls General, Parliamentarians, Senior Government Officials and Delegations.

She liaises with the Department of Foreign Affairs, Embassies, High Commissions, Consulates, Consular Corps, law enforcement agencies, military, judiciary, Chambers of Commerce, provincial protocol offices, and municipality officials. She also assists in the planning and organization of ceremonial and hospitality occasions for the government, including the Opening of the Legislature, the Swearing - in ceremony for Lieutenant Governor and Members of Executive Council, and special Honours such as the Order of Manitoba and portrait and plaque unveilings.

 
 

 

   
 
Linda Bulgo
Linda Bulgo
Ms. Linda Bulgo has performed in many locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. She was one of the top stars of the longest running show in San Francisco, Beach Blanket Babylon. Linda was also seen in the role of Judy Garland, in the show, Christmas with the Crawfords. She was a former "Miss San Francisco," and has produced and directed her own one-women show. She has performed in industrial films, TV Comercials, and several movies. Linda also writes and performs country music. She recently released her first CD, titled: Linda Bulgo Country.
   
   
Mary Byron
Mary Byron

Mary Byron is a public relations specialist with over 20 years experience in the areas of diplomacy, project management, event and meeting production, protocol, cultural diversity, VIP Services, marketing communications and publicity. She served as Director of Public Relations for major hotel companies in Washington, D.C., San Francisco and Denver. Ms. Byron also served as Program Manager of the U.S. Department of State's ECA International Leadership Program, and Event Producer for a major financial company. Ms. Byron has a special interest in diplomacy and worked as the Community Liaison Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Cape Town, South Africa and at the Commercial Office at the U.S. Embassy Bern, Switzerland.

Ms. Byron coordinates presidential and high level dignitary visits and produces programs and events for official international visitors and corporations as well as consulting on several international Olympic Games. As an Ambassador to Denver, the Mile-High City, Ms. Byron is involved in various host committees, including the DNCC, Denver Metro Sports Commission, British-American Business Council and other volunteer programs.

Ms. Byron assisted Protocol Professionals with the United Nations 50th Anniversary events, and since then worked on many other important events and protocol programs. Evren Saraç Essner
Evren worked most recently at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, Austria where she worked
for four years as an External Relations and Policy Coordination Officer. Evren's responsibilities included communicating politically- and culturally-sensitive IAEA messages to an international audience and assisting in maintaining relations with representatives of IAEA Member States, the Austrian host government, UN system organizations and other intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations. Evren also served the Office of the Director General, Dr. Mohammed ElBaradei, as a protocol officer and a coordinator of and contributor to high-level conferences, meetings and events.

Evren earned a Master of Arts degree in international policy from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey. She represents Protocol Professional, Inc. in San Francisco, California.

Mr. Green holds a B.A. Hons. International Relations, School of African & Asian Studies. University of Sussex. 2002, majoring in Global Political Economy. Wayne is the Executive Director of Global Affairs Ltd., a unique international relations political affairs and business consultancy, specializing in globalization, offering political lobbying services, access to foreign markets, independent diplomatic services, parliamentary monitoring, strategic planning, training, event production and research services.

Wayne is a lifetime member of the world renowned, Chatham House, The Royal Society of International Relations and also a member of the Westminster based Association, British Expertise.Mr. Green has served as an advisor to a distinguished M.P. in the U.K. He has extensive first hand knowledge of the working process of UK Parliament and government bodies. This includes supplying documents on globalization to personal advisors, to the Prime Minister. Recent political affairs have included, an invitation as a delegate to high level meetings at the UNITED NATIONS, 61st SESSIONS, MDGs, Africa and Business development, New York. 2006, with the AU. He has also participated in high level diplomatic meetings with nation state leaders, Ambassadors & High Commissioners. Parliamentarians. Senior Government Officials and policy makers, attending meetings at Wilton Park, the Foreign Common Wealth Office, on the role of the EU and EU Foreign/Security Policy, 2006. Wayne regularly attends the House of Commons. Further experience covers fact-finding tours of NATO, SHAPE, E.U. and the European Parliament, covering ESDI, Globalization and Development. Wayne has also worked in association with UK leading industry/trade associations including the CBI, London. Beverly Hayes, Silicon Valley
 
Beverley Hayes
Ms. Hayes is a native resident of the Silicon Valley, California. She has seen this area develop from a major agricultural community into a "World Center of Technology." Her many years of involvement in political, charitable, business, and educational areas, have given her a broad range of knowledge about Santa Clara County industries and their events.

Ms. Hayes takes pride in helping protocol and technology unite, in making a planet unlimited in its access to communication, while preserving high regard and consideration for all countries and their unique heritage. Andy MacKay
Andy has over 25 years of global experience in the presentation and event industry. He is CEO of 20/20 Productions, Inc, a corporate communications production company based in San Francisco and Edinburgh, Scotland. Originally from the UK, he moved to the US from Scotland in 2002 to expand the company into the US market. Andy's wide range of experience includes theater, corporate events, fashion shows, special events, and the occasional rock and roll gig. He thrives on the adrenaline rush of live events.

In 2005, Andy partnered with Protocol Professionals to produce the United Nations 60th Anniversary events, for which 20/20 Productions designed and created the event identity and collateral, produced two video programs shown during the event, and production managed all the presentation and technical elements involved.

   
   
 
Joan Roberts
 

Joan Roberts
For more than fifteen years, Ms. Roberts has worked in marketing and public relations for residential developments and commercial centers and managed major sales accounts in the technology and hospitality industries. She holds a Masters degree in Education and has planned seminars for the University of California system and Santa Barbara City College.

Ms. Roberts offers expertise in special events, organizing community forums, 5K races and grand openings. She is skilled in sales promotion, marketing programs, corporate sponsorships and protocol training. She represents Protocol Professionals, Inc. in San Diego, California.

 

   
 
 
Frederick Warhanek
Mr. Warhanek is an expert in the areas of art, theater, and music. He began working as a scenic and lighting designer, touring worldwide with many prominent American performers, including Glenn Campbell, Johnny Mathis, Donovan, and the Fifth Dimension. He later managed music artists John Davidson and Neil Sedaka, and worked closely with Maria Muldaur.

In the mid-1980's Mr. Warhanek ventured into the world of retail art in San Francisco. He assisted Allan Fingerhut of Fingerhut Publishing in opening his Sausalito, California gallery. In 1996, he launched the Sausalito Art Gallery Association. Mr. Warhanek serves on the board of the Sausalito Chamber of Commerce. He brings a wealth of experience to special event production in the areas of décor, lighting and artistic design.

   
   
 
Tina Yee Wolsborn, Dallas
 
Tina Yee Wolsborn
Ms. Wolsborn is a graduate of the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Travel Industry Management. Her career began in the hotel business but took a turn to food service management. Among her credits is management of The United States Supreme Court in Washington, D. C. as well as several other large corporations in Denver, Colorado and Houston, Texas.

She is a past member of the U. S. Support Committee to the Ladies of the San Francisco Consular Corps and has been involved with several volunteer organizations in Honolulu, Hawaii, Seattle, Washington and Marin County, California. As a member of the Shanghai Sister City organization, she held a training class for a group of business fellows in the art of Western dining. She has been an event planner for destination management companies in San Antonio, Texas and in San Francisco, California.

In June 2003, Ms Wolsborn returned to the Bay y Area and owns an 18-room bed and breakfast/inn in Occidental, California, the Inn at Occidental.
