Cline Cellars master winemaker, Charlie Tsegeletos, will thoughtfully pair their wines with the menu selections.

The wines will include the just released "Nancy's Cuvee", the much-anticipated, first-ever sparkling wine by Cline Cellars.

girl & the fig and ESTATE restaurants in Sonoma &
the fig café & winebar in Glen Ellen. She is the author of the girl & the fig Cookbook. Her gourmet
FIGfood product line is available nationwide under

Countess of Valenciana Victoria Barkan has traveled extensively; has lived in Paris and speaks several languages including, Spanish and French . Her title of "Countess" was inherited from her great , great grandfather, a renowned Spanish Count, whose title was invested by His Majesty King Charles of Spain. 

   
Ms. Millet is the President & Founder of Cultural Savvy, a global consulting & training firm, specializing in assisting companies work effectively across global cultures. Ms. Millet began her career in Asia, working for twelve years in Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

  • Cost for this event is $150 per person. It includes a three course gourmet lunch, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, fun raffle prizes and our “Little Black Protocol Book”.
  • Cost does not include hotel accommodations or travel expenses. A list of recommended hotels near the luncheon can be provided upon enrollment confirmation.

  • Reservations are available on a first come - first served basis
  • All reservations must be made in advance

    Registration Form may be submitted by email, fax or mail (per contact information below). Kindly submit response form by March 18 to confirm reservation.
  • Confirmation will be sent by email. No tickets will be mailed.
  • Cancellation Policy: Regrettably, once reservations are made no refunds can be given.
  • Substitutions are allowed if Protocol Professionals, inc. is notified of the name changes in advance.
